Well Mitch and his team knocked it out of the park. He came out to measure, show us samples and match the paint color to our trim. He told us it would take 8 weeks for custom shutters. Are shutters Blackout?

No, they aren’t completely blacked out. You need some gaps to ensure smooth operation of your shutters! We have other options to achieve blackout, or we can pair your shutters with shades or drapes to acheive black out!

What are Outdoor Screen Shades?

Outdoor screen shades are a great way to make your outdoor space more comfortable while still enjoying your view. They help reduce heat, glare, and harsh sunlight, bugs, pollen, and also keep heat in the patio during the colder months while providing privacy. They are a great option for patios, porches, and outdoor living areas.

How are my motorized shades powered?

We have multiple options, including internal battery packs, external battery packs, solar panels, and hard-wire systems.

Does The Blind Factory keep blinds in stock?

No, we do not keep blinds in stock. We custom-order all our window treatments to fit your specific window. We only keep parts in stock.

What is The Blind Factory's service area?

All Over! We are based out of Columbus, Georgia, but travel all over to serve our customers. We have traveled all the way to Kansas before to install blinds!

Do my blinds or shutters have a warranty?

Yes, all the products we sell and install have warranties, and we stand by our products and will always come back and service them if needed.
